Guiyang city – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – reportedly released a monthly air quality report for November, on Dec 8.
The new sewage collection and treatment project at No 460 Jinguan lane in the district of Yunyan – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – reportedly started up in June this year and is said to be making a huge difference.
Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been protecting its environment and reducing pollution. By the end of last year, 64 out of 69 of Guiyang's environmental problems discovered by inspection teams sent by the central government had been rectified.
In order to effectively control water pollution and improve the quality of local river water, Xiuwen county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, launched the third phase of construction work on the county's sewage treatment plant in April.
Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province, has in recent years been taking measures to tackle water pollution and improve the water quality of its 219-kilometer mother river Nanming River.
According to an official statement from the Guiyang Bureau of Ecology and Environment on Nov 24, Guiyang's Huaxi district was honored as a practice and innovation base for "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" in Southwest China's Guizhou province.
