Guiyang vows to regulate sewage outlets along Yangtze River

A senior official from Guiyang, the capital city of southwest China's Guizhou province, pledged that the city will attach great importance to environmental conservation and take measures to regulate the siting of local outfalls for pollution discharges into the Yangtze River.
