Building consensus
Through in-depth discussions on pressing issues in ecological conservation, participants reached a broad consensus on the concept of a "community with shared life between humans and nature", turning shared ideas into actionable global initiatives.
Generating solutions
Serving as a high-level dialogue, the forum produced a series of significant outcomes, including seven key research reports – such as the Global Eco-Transformation Report 2025: Paradigm Shift for Prosperity in Harmony with Nature, and the Guizhou Green Finance Development Report – two joint statements on green financing by multilateral development banks, and four major initiatives including the Guiyang Youth Climate Initiative (2025).
Showcasing progress
Using both online and offline formats and cutting-edge exhibition technology, the forum featured immersive showcases such as the Guizhou green development exhibition, highlighting real-world examples of green transformation and collaborative innovation.
Fostering cooperation
The forum also promoted green industry collaboration, hosting a series of investment promotion events in cities like Beijing and Shanghai. With a focus on emerging sectors such as AI+ and Eco+, it introduced 94 green project opportunities, attracted strong interest from major companies, and saw agreements for seven projects signed on-site, totaling 6.2 billion yuan in investment.
