Organized jointly by the Guiyang bureau of ecology and environment and the Guiyang Federation of Trade Unions, the competition featured five events: a theoretical knowledge competition, drone operation, automatic monitoring of pollution sources, case file review, and simulated on-site law enforcement.
The event primarily assessed participants' law enforcement knowledge, drone application skills, ability to detect anomalies and falsified data in pollution source automatic monitoring systems, proficiency in reviewing administrative penalty case files related to environmental issues, and ability to identify environmental violations and properly document on-site surveys using mobile law enforcement systems.
