Guiyang law enforcement detachment wins national honor

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment recently issued a letter of commendation for outstanding collective and individual performances in ecological and environmental law enforcement in 2023.

Both the ecology and environment law enforcement detachment of Guiyang city and the ecology and environment law enforcement brigade of the Guiyang Economic and Technological Industrial Development Zone were highlighted in the letter.

In recent years, Guiyang has continuously conducted related work training, evaluated law enforcement cases, and comprehensively improved the quality of law enforcement personnel and their work proficiency.

Guiyang has also coordinated the allocation of law enforcement resources across the city to implement environmental law enforcement responsibilities at both the municipal and district levels.

In 2023, the ecology and environment law enforcement detachment of Guiyang city inspected 10,319 enterprises, and handled 123 cases of environmental violations.

Additionally, in the 2023 Guizhou Province Ecology and Environment Protection Law Enforcement Skills Competition, the Guiyang detachment won first place overall.
