March 3 marks World Wildlife Day. The ecology and environment in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, has improved and is now attracting migratory birds to settle down here.
Hundreds of herons have migrated to the forest of Dangzhai village in Guiyang, where they carried branches to build their nests.
