Guiyang's air quality in October assessed

The Guiyang municipal atmospheric affairs office completed its assessment of air quality assurance in each district, county and development zone in October, and announced the assessment ranking on Nov 14.

According to the assessment, the specific rankings from best to worst are: Nanming district, Baiyun district, Xiuwen county, Wudang district, Guanshanhu district, Xifeng county, Huaxi district, Yunyan district, Qingzhen city, the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, and Kaiyang county.

In October this year, all regions of Guiying city had excellent air quality ratings, ranging between 93.5 percent to 100 percent. 

The city's primary pollutant was ozone (O3), and the comprehensive index of ambient air quality was 2.31 to 2.68.
