Guiyang reports air quality evaluation results for November

Guiyang city – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – reportedly released a monthly air quality report for November, on Dec 8.

According to the report, the air quality rankings of Guiyang's administrative areas from the top going down were: Wudang district, the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, Guanshanhu district, the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qingzhen city, Nanming district, Yunyan district, Xiuwen county, Baiyun district, Kaiyang county, Huaxi district and Xifeng county.

In November, the rate of days with qualified air quality in Guiyang's administrative areas was between 93.3 percent and 100 percent. The primary air pollutants were nitrogen dioxide in Nanming district, PM 10 in Huaxi district and PM 2.5 in other areas.

Guiyang's comprehensive air quality index was recorded at between 2.34 and 3.25 in November.
