In a bid to improve the management of energy utilization and control carbon emissions, the Guiyang energy-saving monitoring station in Guiyang – capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – held its 2021 energy-saving training on June 23.
Nearly 100 personnel from all levels of districts, counties and the region's cities, as well as major companies, took part in the training.
The one-day session consisted of briefings by experts on carbon peak and neutrality (goals and policies) and energy-saving technologies.
It was felt that participants got a firm idea of their future course of action in the field and also became acquainted with new technologies and equipment through the expert lectures.
