Responsibilities

Responsible for the city's environmental safety management and emergency management of major environmental emergencies; responsible for the preparation, revision and evaluation of environmental emergency plans; responsible for the construction and management of the city's environmental emergency response system; responsible for the special inspection of environmental safety in the whole city; to master the distribution of major dangerous pollution sources in the city, to understand the technical information, progress and situation of environmental monitoring in the state and provinces; to put forward corresponding countermeasures and opinions, and to provide technical basis for the decision-making of major protective measures such as the establishment and release of warnings in polluted areas; responsible for organizing emergency training and exercises for environmental emergencies in the whole city; to guide the emergency work of environmental emergencies in all districts (cities and counties) of the city; responsible for "12369" and "12319 Forestry Greening platform" hot lines, network, media complaints acceptance and response and other related work.
