Guiyang issues first car plate for local non-road vehicles

The first environmentally-friendly car plate for non-road vehicles in Guiyang, Guizhou province in Southwest China, was issued by Li Yi, deputy director of the Guiyang bureau of ecology and environment, to CRRC Guiyang Co on June 9.

Since the beginning of 2020, the departments of ecology and environment at all levels have taken continuous measures to promote the survey of non-motor vehicles.

A system of report and registration for non-road vehicles, which works through online chat groups, was established. Relevant laws and regulations and a registration procedure have been published.

Enterprises and construction sites facing difficulties can receive immediate assistance, therefore ensuring smooth registration. Technical support staff members also get to enjoy on-the-spot service.

The problems that personnel cannot solve immediately will be reported to the bureau. In addition, efforts have been made to strengthen technical guidance and services.
