Responsibilities

To carry out the implementation plan and work requirements of environmental protection publicity and education issued by the higher authorities; be responsible for formulating the city's environmental education implementation plan and planning and organizing the implementation of environmental publicity activities (major environmental anniversary publicity planning); to organize and construct the media network of environmental publicity and education, making full use of news media resources such as radio, television, newspapers and periodicals, and publicize and report on the environmental protection work; responsible for organizing the establishment of the green environmental protection series of the whole city; responsible for editing, publishing and issuing environmental education books, film and television and other publications; be responsible for promoting the updating of special pages, column construction and data information of the environmental protection and government website; to promote the participation of public non-governmental organizations in environmental protection;be responsible for the professional training of the cadres and workers of the environmental protection system; Responsible for the implementation of environmental science knowledge, environmental law knowledge and environmental ethics knowledge as the main content of environmental education; responsible for undertaking environmental protection publicity and education recognition work; guide the city's districts (cities, counties) environmental publicity and education work.
