Responsibilities

Entrusted by the Municipal Ecological Civilization Commission, responsible for the qualification examination of the abandoned hazardous chemicals disposal units in the city, the demonstration of the disposal technical scheme, and the implementation of the inspection of the business license system; Responsible for the declaration and registration of industrial solid waste and hazardous waste in the whole city; responsible for the establishment of dynamic database and information network management of solid waste, investigation of hazardous waste pollution in the city; responsible for the supervision and technical guidance of industrial solid waste storage and disposal site environment; responsible for the transfer, exchange, transportation, disposal of hazardous waste and emergency technical treatment and coordination work; to undertake the technical training of solid waste and hazardous waste management in the whole city.
