Responsibilities:

To supervise and manage atmospheric, noise, light, fossil energy and other pollution prevention and control; to establish an assessment system for the goal of improving atmospheric environmental quality in various districts (cities and counties) and to organize and implement it; to organize and formulate policies and measures to deal with polluted weather; to organize and coordinate the prevention and control of air non-point source pollution; to organize and carry out air quality prediction; to implement measures to address climate change and greenhouse gas emission reduction plans and policies; to undertake work related to climate change and the specific work of the leading group on climate change; and to handle the daily work of the office of the leading group on improving environmental air quality.
